Allergen Information
In accordance with EU Food Information Regulation (FIR / LMIV), we label all 14 main allergens in our menu with the following letter codes:
The allergen labelling for all dishes can be found in the printed menu at your table
and on request from our service staff. The complete list will be published here shortly.

| G | Milk | Milk and dairy products (incl. lactose) |
| H | Nuts | Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia |
| I | Celery | Celery and celery products |
| J | Mustard | Mustard and mustard products |
| K | Sesame | Sesame seeds and sesame products |
| L | Sulphur dioxide / Sulphites | Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (>10 mg/kg or mg/l) |
| M | Lupin | Lupin and lupin products |
| N | Molluscs | Mussels, squid, snails |
