What this website does not do

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no newsletter. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server; no external font or CDN provider is involved. Without your consent the site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Server log files

When you open a page, our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement is in place.

Cookie consent (CCM19)

We use the consent tool CCM19 by Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany, to obtain and manage your choices. It stores your decision in a strictly necessary cookie (up to 12 months). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR together with section 25 (2) TDDDG. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Analytics 4

Only with your explicit consent do we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to produce pseudonymous usage statistics. IP addresses are shortened; advertising features and data sharing for personalised advertising are switched off. A transfer to the USA cannot be excluded; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Retention: 14 months. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and section 25 (1) TDDDG, revocable at any time in the cookie settings.

Maps (OpenStreetMap)

Maps are not loaded automatically. Only when you click “Load map” are map tiles requested from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WS, United Kingdom, which transmits your IP address. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Table reservation for the Auer Dult (gastronovi)

On the “Dulten” page a reservation widget by gastronovi GmbH, Buschhöhe 6, 28357 Bremen, Germany, is available. It is loaded only after you click “Load reservation”. Your IP address, browser data and the details you enter are then processed by gastronovi. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR.

Oktoberfest reservation portal

Reservations for the Oktoberfest marquee run through reservierung.fischer-vroni.de, a separate system operated by Festzelt OS. That portal has its own privacy information; this notice does not cover it.

360° tour, social media and partner links

The 360° tour and all links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, SafeNow and our partners are plain links, not embedded content. No data is transmitted until you click them.

Prize draw

If you take part in our photo prize draw, we process the details you send us (name or Instagram profile, photo, contact details) solely to run the draw and notify the winner, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data is deleted after the draw has been concluded.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw consent with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach).
