Tradition Meets Taste
Fischer-Vroni is a Munich institution. What began as a fish wholesale business in 1949 has become the world’s best-known Steckerlfisch grill. At the Oktoberfest, the Auer Dulten Fairs and in our five Munich restaurants, we keep the tradition of fish grilled over an open fire alive.
Our festival tent on the Theresienwiese has been a fixed part of the Oktoberfest for decades — recognisable by the stork’s nest on the roof and the scent of freshly grilled fish.
